ALLISON TROUT, DDS

Dr. Allison Trout brings over 25 years of experience in helping children (and their parents!) feel at ease in the dental chair. After earning her DDS from Loma Linda School of Dentistry in 1998, she dedicated her career to providing gentle, attentive care exclusively to children, fostering healthy smiles and building positive dental experiences from the very first visit.

Dr. Trout is known for her warm demeanor, playful spirit, and ability to connect with kids of all ages. Whether she’s calming first-visit jitters or celebrating a no-cavity report, her goal is always to make dental visits something to smile about. Her approach blends trusted dental expertise with a thoughtful understanding of each child’s unique needs. She also brings a background in integrative wellness, which supports her belief that a healthy mouth is part of a healthy, happy child.

Over the years, Dr. Trout has also traveled on dental mission trips to places like Vietnam, Haiti, and Mexico, sharing her care and compassion with children around the world. Now, she’s excited to bring that same heart and experience to our community and to partner with families in building lifelong habits of good oral health.

When she’s not caring for little teeth, Dr. Trout enjoys hiking, traveling, reading, and being outdoors. She’s usually accompanied by her miniature dachshund, who is equal parts sweet, sassy, and convinced he’s in charge.

JONATHAN STARLEY, DMD

Dr. Starley grew up in Sparks, NV where he attended Reed Highschool. He attended Brigham Young University in Provo, UT where he received his Bachelors degree in Exercise Science. He then graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree (DMD). Dr. Starley found himself drawn to Orthodontics and after graduating from dental school. From there, he attended the Orthodontics Residency program at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco. Dr. Starley is a current member of the American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists.

Dr. Starley is passionate about helping people achieve confident, healthy smiles that can transform their lives. Beyond work, he values quality time with his family, who inspire him to continually grow both personally and professionally. Dedicated to providing the highest quality care, Dr. Starley balances his commitment to his practice with family values that keep him grounded and fulfilled.

As an orthodontist, Dr. Starley is dedicated to providing personalized, patient-centered care that prioritizes both functionality and aesthetics. He believes in creating customized treatment plans that meet each patient’s unique needs, combining the latest advancements in orthodontics with a conservative approach. His goal is to help patients achieve beautiful, healthy smiles that last a lifetime. With a commitment to transparency and integrity, Dr. Starley strives to make each patient’s orthodontic journey comfortable and enjoyable.

Dr. Starley met his wife in high school and they were married in 2017. By the time he finished residency, they had 3 children, two boys and one girl. In his free time, he enjoys being with family, watching movies, and finding new places to eat. He also enjoys any type of game, whether it is video games, board games, or sports. Golf and baseball are at the top of the list, as well as rooting for the Oakland Athletics, San Francisco 49ers, and the Golden State Warriors.

CHRISTENSEN SICAT HSU, DDS

Dr. Christensen Sicat Hsu is a highly accomplished dental professional with a deep commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of California, Los Angeles, followed by her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from New York University College of Dentistry. Dr. Hsu also completed advanced training with a Certificate in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and holds a Master of Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College.

With a strong belief that patient care begins with empathy and understanding, Dr. Hsu is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care while meeting each patient’s unique needs. She is a lifelong learner who regularly attends scientific conferences to stay at the forefront of modern technology and surgical techniques, ensuring her patients benefit from the most up-to-date and effective treatments available.

Beyond her clinical work, Dr. Hsu is passionate about humanitarianism and mentorship. She organizes annual humanitarian surgical missions to the Philippines and is deeply committed to serving underserved populations both locally and abroad. As a Navy and Army Veteran with a combined 21 years of active duty service, her career reflects a lifelong dedication to service, leadership, and uplifting others through opportunity and care.
