To ensure that your treatment continues smoothly without interruption, your patient account, treatment plan, and all clinical records will be automatically transferred to our partner location: where you can see the same friendly Dr. Starley working.

Our clinical team, alongside Dr. Starley and the other doctors will work closely at the new location to ensure complete continuity of care. Any upcoming appointments scheduled after the closing date will be rescheduled and our administrative team will reach out to you.
